Client Overview: Oceaneering International, Inc., based in the United States, is a subsea engineering and applied technology company that provides engineering services and hardware to customers operating in marine, space, and other challenging environments.
Challenge: With a diverse global workforce, Oceaneering needed a suite of internal applications to effectively manage and supervise their employees spread across multiple locations. They required applications to handle critical functions such as employee onboarding, attendance tracking, task checklist management, workmanagement, Capex requests, and safety and health information handling.
Solution
EONE Technologies developed a range of customized applications that addressed Oceaneering's operational needs. The applications were built quickly and securely, with access restricted to Oceaneering employees using the company’s Azure login,ensuring robust security. Additionally, an external identity solution was created to onboard non-organizational users, such as partnering company employees, for seamless access to applications. To further streamline processes, DocuSign was integrated for remote employee onboarding, allowing for secure electronic signatures.
